At Brightway Education, we provide expert 11+ tuition to help children succeed in selective secondary school entrance exams. Our programmes are designed to build skills, boost confidence, and prepare pupils thoroughly for the challenges of the 11+ exams.
In the Watford Grammar School Consortium, students are tested in Maths and Verbal Reasoning. Other selective schools may also include English and Non-Verbal Reasoning, so our tuition covers all core areas.

Our 11+ Preparation Programme
- Early Support (Years 3–4): Many children join us early to strengthen Maths, English and Verbal Reasoning skills.
- Year 5 Intensive Preparation: Specially designed materials, targeted workbooks, regular testing and exam-style practice.
- Structured Weekly Lessons: Each subject is taught in a 90-minute session, with pupils usually attending 3 hours of tuition per week.
- Monthly Feedback: Progress reports to keep families fully informed.
- Expert Tutors: A dedicated and supportive team guiding children through the 11+ journey.
